What modalities do I use?

As an eclectic practitioner, I practice from various schools of thought, and draw from various practices I have come across in my work and personal journey. Here are some examples:

The best of Modern Psychology, including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and EMDR-based resourcing.

Quantum Physics & Energy Medicine: The mind-body connection, the breath, the chakra system, and the elements.

Eastern Traditions: Meditation, letting go, mindfulness, and yogic principals.

Indigenous Ways of Knowing: Honouring the pace and wisdom of nature, reverence for Creator and Mother Earth, and the balance of mind-body-spirit-emotion.
